Our Story
Gray Rock Organics (GRO) is a new entrant to the Jamaican cottage industry with a focus on the manufacture of natural skin care and repair products, and the production of organic plants and herbs...with a commitment to international GMP standards. Over the course of our lifetime we have been dissatisfied with various skin moisturizers, lotions, serums, body butters, and oils that have been mass produced for the general cosmetic market. We have been particularly concerned with the use of preservatives, dyes, and other chemical agents designed to create product interest, enhancements and uptake over long term care, repair and preservation of the skin and hair. It was over five years ago that we started to experiment with various organic butters, essential oils, anti-oxidants and aromatic oils.
GRO is focused on creating premium skin care products that are created with 100% organic ingredients of high concentration from the premium global sources that are renowned for their expertise, purity and quality. A few of these ingredients has been manufactured directly from plants and herbs grown in our garden at Gray Rock, Saint Andrew, Jamaica. These plant and herbs have been grown without synthetic fertilizers, genetic engineering, irradiation, or pesticides.
We will offer in the short term six Body Butters and two Essential Oils to launch the GRO product line.
In the second quarter of 2023, It is our intention to expand our offerings to include serums, creams and lotions for DAY Protection & Care…and NIGHT repair and conditioning.
The Future… Our Strategic Launch Targets… will be focused on Inflammatory & Sensitive Skin. Therefore the additions to our product line will address those common dermatological conditions such as Eczema, Acne, Psoriasis, Cellulite Appearance and sensitivity to OTC moisturizers, lotions, balms & butters. It is our intention to become the product of choice for persons that face these life long nagging conditions.
